Consuelo Lomeli
Editor and Strategic Assistant
Consuelo Lomeli has been part of the corporate world for over 25 years. She is an investment performance professional and experienced strategic planning manager. While helping grow the diversity in the industry she found a passion for inspiring and guiding young professionals and leading them to new opportunities. Consuelo graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelors of Art double major in Mathematics and Spanish Literature. In 2020 she graduated from Loyola Marymount University with an Executive Masters of Business Administration. Besides her passion for strategic business projects, she enjoys going to concerts, exploring museums and watching Turkish dramas.
Julieta Murillo-Lomeli
Founder - Designer and Strategist
Julieta Murillo-Lomeli is the founder of Golden Penguin Studio. She started her agency at the start of her senior year in Loyola University Chicago. She wanted to have more creative freedom and a chance to explore different industries. Her main goal is to help busy business owners keep their businesses up to date with the digital world and educate them on the benefits. Julieta graduated from Loyola University Chicago with a Bachelor of Art in Advertising and Public Relations. She is currently pursuing a Master of Art in Advertising and Branded Media Technology from Academy of Art University San Francisco. When not studying she enjoys designing with rhinestones, spending time with her dogs and traveling.

Our founder Julieta Murillo-Lomeli comes from a family who has been in the print industry for 3 generations. The business started in Guadalajara and was brought to LA in the early 2000s. As technology evolved she took the chance to move from traditional print into the digital world. Helping small businesses with marketing and create a presence has been in the family but she helps them stay up to date with all technological changes.
